Santana's Lounge is the vision of a family from Santurce who grew up between two rhythms — the slow warmth of a Sunday sobremesa and the electric pulse of a San Juan Saturday night. We wanted a room that could hold both.

Chef Marisol Santana leads the kitchen with heritage recipes reimagined for the modern table: plantain, sofrito, and the deep umami of the coast, dressed with the precision of the world's best kitchens.

When the sun sets, the room reveals its second life. Curtains draw. Lamps dim to amber. The DJ takes the bar, and Santana's becomes what Miami wishes it could be — an island club, unmistakably ours.
